THE PARANORMAL COMMUNICATOR is a dark comedy mystery series about Michael, a sarcastic and reluctant medium who can communicate with the dead, but only by touching the object that killed them.

Michael wants nothing to do with his ability. It ruined his father’s life, terrifies his mother, and mostly results in awkward conversations with ghosts who don’t deliver heartfelt goodbyes, rather they confess to affairs, secret children, hidden lives, and scandals that destroy the living.

But when his temp job is ending and money is tight, Michael and his entrepreneurial best friend Peter begin taking odd jobs from Craigslist: grieving families, suspicious widows, conspiracy theorists, and anyone desperate enough to believe in a psychic.

Michael is unwillingly becoming Jerry Springer for ghosts.

Just as he’s ready to quit, Michael discovers the ghost of Emilio, a missing corporate executive who was murdered inside his office building.

Suddenly Michael is the only witness to a murder no one knows happened.
